concrete powder? i love to experiment with process and technique, but have never heard of this. can you just go into a hardware store and buy a little bag of concrete powder?

Perhaps you would call it cement powder. It is used to make concrete when mixed with water and sand. A friend of mine was making huge pieces of wood covered with concrete and then mixed the concrete with paint by using his hands. The bag with powder stood in his tool shed with the paint. This got me into playing with the powder and the paint in the first place.

HaHa, this is my English wording probably, the precise word I do not find in the dictionary. However the concrete powder did not get hard, it was indeed blown off. LOL
