I could do with a hug tonight. Had a rough and awful day today, being hard on myself, some completely and utterly stupid behavior, feeling sorry for myself, me and I. No one to blame not even the weather. And suddenly Marsha on WordPress caught my eye. Is hugging popular on WordPress? I could find no hugging, can you?
Also a referral to a hugging poem here called Give Yourself a Hug by Grace Nichols. Had to pass it on.

when you feel unloved

when people put on airs
to make you feel a bug

a cold-shoulder shrug
