Playing From the Heart
Children show us in a myriad of ways all the time. They pick up a ball and hey, it bounces back. A couple of minutes they let it bounce around, watching, giggling and enjoying themselves. The dog is in for a game of throw and catch and before long everyone is involved. When did you play until your heart hurt and you needed a nap?

Laughter From the heart
Laughter is a great thing. Something is so funny that you have to make your own special laughing sound. Did you know that you also have your particular type of shaking your body with it? The sound of laughter itself can make people happy and be contagious. It is a good medicine; I would strongly suggest to make a habit of watching a video that makes you laugh often. How many times a day do you laugh?

RW, may I add this anecdote: you, and a friend and myself were once in a Café where this friend told a story of his parents home. It was so hilarious that when you started laughing, laughing and laughing the Chef came out of his kitchen to see who made that wonderful sound. Yes, it was divine.
Yes it was, it still makes me laugh! Do you still remember how he told us about a gas bottle exploding and how it “traveled” through the kitchen? thanks for adding that, nice. RW

This made me radiantly joyful as I realised that I do all of these things daily with my amazing fiance… now I just have to make sure that we keep doing them, and we never take them for granted.
